I was raised in Grants Pass and have an intimate knowledge of the Rogue Valley and all it has to offer. I am a licensed broker in Oregon for Keller Williams Southern Oregon (#201251085) and a KW Commercial Associate. I’ve spent over two decades helping business owners finance their real estate in the Pacific Northwest and established a reputation as a well-respected innovative lender.
Over the years, I have worked with clients from all industries and sizes on their real estate acquisitions, meeting strict deadlines and working through the complexities that occur during due diligence. I will go above and beyond by helping my clients plan, strategize equity and debt placement, and coordinate teams for construction, leaseholds, partner buy-outs and more.
I have specialized knowledge in Small Business Administration Lending having spent the last 10 years working for several national lenders. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon and I’m excited to bring this unique depth of knowledge to my clients.
I currently reside in Grants Pass with my partner and our 6-year-old. I spend most weekends volunteering in my community and spending quality time outdoors with my family. We especially enjoy overnight trips to Brookings with our 3 dogs, Brownie, Sheera and Thor.
